The Kentucky Artists Network supports visual artists in Central Kentucky by fostering artist-to-artist connections and promoting arts opportunities.

My name is Faith, and I am dedicated to helping visual artists pursue their creative passions. I created this website to help emerging and established artists connect with one another and to discover opportunities to showcase their artwork. The concept for this website developed out of my work with visual artists in Lexington, Kentucky. Artists frequently contacted me in hopes of being connected with other artists.

“I was just accepted to this program. I would love to learn about other artists’ experiences. Could you introduce me to artists who have participated in this program before?”

“I need to make prints of my art for an upcoming art fair. Can you connect me with some artists who work with printing companies?”

These types of messages highlighted a gap in Central Kentucky’s art community—a need for an accessible and holistic way for visual artists to build creative networks, exchange ideas, and find new opportunities. That’s where the Kentucky Artists Network comes in.

This website serves two main functions: promoting arts opportunities and acting as a bridge for artists to form creative connections. It is my hope that this resource will make it easier for artists to share insights about opportunities, offer creative feedback, and provide support and mentorship.
